I really like the brain, but unfortunately I rarely find something to buy to look good.
This is Gaby's recipe that she dedicated to me two years ago for my birthday and it turned out very good! >: D
- 500g pork brain
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- frying oil
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Bread Bread:
The brain is left in cold water for 15-20 minutes for the blood to come out.
Wash and boil in cold salted water 3-4 minutes after boiling water.
Remove to strainer and allow to drain and cool.
Cut into slices and season with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with sour cream and a pinch of salt.
Put the flour and breadcrumbs in two plates.
Slice the flour, egg, breadcrumbs and place on a plate.
Once again, slice the egg and fry in hot oil.
Turn on both sides until nicely browned.
Remove on paper towels.
It can be served with any garnish and salad or pickles.
I ate it like this with the winter salad.
It doesn't boil anymore because it crumbles after that.
If it still crushes very hard, mix it with egg and fry it in the form of meatballs.
